As there was increased demand from rural and urban area to open colleges exclusively for women , His Holiness Dr Sree Sree Shivakumaraswamigalu noticed the changing needs of the society and has stared a college exclusively for women in 1963. The Vision of the College is “Women’s Empowerment for a better Tomorrow”, and the signature line is “First Step towards Women’s Empowerment”.
